There is so much more to this man, a 9 minute video doesn't come close to doing him justice.
    Please read him.

Nice chair Simon, does it have a name yet? Like Indy Nidel’s “Chair of wisdom.”
Make a vote so we can name it

Seeing you sitting in that chair presenting different subjects somehow reminds of Alistair Cook on Masterpiece Theater.

This pleasant well spoken and obviously well brought up presenter speaks as if he’s above the moral quandaries and dilemmas that Dostoyevsky tries to deal with. As if he would have done better entrammelled in the same situations described in the stories.

My favorite book of all time. I’m currently close to the 700 page mark of what’s either my 3rd or 4th time reading the Karamazov Brothers.

Mate! Love your videos on all channels, big fan! Real nice you created Sideprojects as well. Can't help to think though, what happened to the chair? Would be a good set piece for Biographics!

Simon, have you ever thought of putting little bytesize factual, historical videos together for children. I reckon you'd be great at it, and kids are more likely to digest that kind of information when it's fun for them. It's just an idea I had when I was watching some of your uploads, you certainly seem to have an ability to see the irony and ridiculousness of a lot of the people and events that have shaped the world we now live in. Anyway, happy new year to you all. I look forward to lots more of your output in 2020. My god that sounds so futuristic don't you think?
