Municipal by-laws are a type of law made by a municipality’s governing body which apply to the way they conduct their business, (i.e. meeting rules, voting procedure, quorums, ect). The Bylaws don’t normally have an impact that would raise a constitutional issue. Do you have a specific example in mind that we could reference?
Those were local ordinances designed to implement and enforce CDC guidelines and the State of Florida’s Covid 19 precautions. The Governor issued a statewide order yesterday that all local ordinances regarding mask mandates have been nullified. Local businesses can still enforce their own individual polices but the individual municipal mask requirements are rescinded.

@@LawyerYouKnow sure. Wearing masks or keeping social distance. Are these not municipal laws rather than state or federal?

@@LawyerYouKnow were they not nullified at the point of being unconstitutional if argued at a federal level to begin?
@@AaronRichmond-kv2sl they were not found to be unconstitutional at this point. If they were, then they would be unenforceable at a local level.
