I used to foster a bumblebee back to health back in West Yorkshire....found her/him in the street just crawling along all limp and weak! I so loved that one.....feeding him high sugar water and building him a shadowy shelter, till he got better to fly away! Bumblebees are wonderful and I always carefully hold them in my hands...to transport them to safety ...those cute fuzzy buzzers! Gentle and amazing to watch...and I never got bitten or stung!
