🙌🏻 this was exactly what I needed! It reinforced how I can reflect on ANY book I’m reading and follow up afterwards without having to remember my thoughts or reread the entire book. It also taught me SOAP which I had never heard about. Love this structure for scripture and can’t wait to get this started!

I don’t use the soap method either. I put my verse of the day on monthly spread and I have a horizontal planner that I use with my daily devotional book and have one of the Notes pages that I keep with each one to write extra for each day if needed. I love this video with you using your Bible. Being in our Bibles are so important, especially now for encouragement and strength!

I am currently waiting on my new faith planner to come in the mail. I read and use Our Daily Bread scriptures everyday and love that I can use this journaling to strengthen my study.

Thank you so much for this video! I just started my Happy & Kind faith planner and I'm using it with the Bible app as well. Sometimes I use SOAP and other times, I kind of combine the application/prayer.

I have the mini version of that big faith planner. I am glad you did this. I have been frustrated with it for the first half of the year. So much so that I took it out of my frankenplanner. I will be giving it another chance.

Have you seen sprinkle of Jesus? It gives me a short verse everyday . It comes across the top of my phoneZ the only thing is when I go into the app to look for my sprinkle for that day I can’t find it. Hi Heather I am just now using the bible app and having it read to me for a while and after I am done I write down in planner of what was read to me and a little bit of what happened Like Adam and Eve Noah I'm the ark, and so and what happnened. This morning I had the app read me the story of Rachel I almost done but now I know we're my name came from and the story behind my name in the bible. It's not a whole lot of wrighting but so far I am enjoying it. Then if I don't understand I go to UA-cam and watch a kids bible story video or I'll just ask my grandpa he's a preacher.

@kellofaplan I know I am late in watching this and commenting, but last year they made a Prayer & Praises planner that I LOVE ... it’s a 2021 planner I am using (I think the cover says “Have Fun with Your Faith”)...I REALLY hope they make one for 2022, I love this one, it’s basically a prayer journal and compliments the faith planner well! Do you have any idea if that planner is an annual thing? Thanks!

Thanks for the video! I have been wanting to get into faith planning. Is there a specific bible you suggest for beginners? Sorry if that’s a stupid question lol but I’ve never read one before. I want to get into it and eventually do the Bible studies as well.
The NIV (New International Version) is a great version of the bible. It is easy to read and easier to understand. It's also helpful if you find one that includes a commentary, which makes it more helpful in understanding the scriptures. Hope you find one, if you haven't already.

Since I write big and could never write small like that . Because I have Epilepsy and MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS. I am MOBILE. But writing is little big. Could I use I a three ring binder for something like this?????? HELP IDEAS PLEASE AND DID YOU DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT OR CLOSE FOR IDEAS. WHEN I WAS IN CHURCH C BUG. Clark Kathleen husband I agree. I could never do a S.O. A.P study in one HP box or even in the rest of the boxes. I do however love the Faith Notes and it has much more room for me, personally.
You could absolutely use a 3 ring binder or any type of notebook that gives you enough room to write. :)
You can use any notebook. The BIG happy planner is letter sized so the pages are the same size as a three-ringed binder. But it folds back on itself which is nice for writing and is easier to take pages in and out. That’s another option.
Prayer is at the end of each month.
Not to criticize, but what you are writing for observation is actually interpretation. To get a clearer picture of the differences, check out Jen Wilkins book on Bible study--it's great!
Someone may have already asked this, but I don't see it... what highlighters do you use in your Bible? I have trouble finding ones that don't bleed through the thin pages of my Bibles.
