You must be a filipino. Neurological and Drug Test MUST be pass before owning a gun unlike in the U.S that doesn't require Neurological and Drug Test

That's how you safely hold the gun.
You cannot keep your finger on the trigger cuz you may accidentally fire it without knowing and hit somebody
