    Lee Pearl - You are wrong about that!
    Many years ago while with a friend and his son, we were walking in
    the Spring time to a fishing spot, high in the Cascade Mountains. On
    the way... at first I thought we had come across a
    couple bear, so I made a voice sound to get their attention! That is
    when I right away noticed they were not bear. This Sasquatch sat up
    from a sound asleep fetus position and tapped his mate
    on the shoulder and still kneeling she sat up. They were about 15 to
    20 feet away from me. The big male then stood up (maybe 9 feet
    tall), and we looked each other in the eye for a bit, then I
    guess he was satisfied, turned as his mate stood up and they never
    looked back as they walked on down the mountain side and were gone.
    These Sasquatch were white skinned with long brown silver tipped
    hair. These were in northern Oregon, near Mt. Hood. This is one
    of 4 sightings I've had over my 75 years.

    I’m sure you and your listeners have, or will soon hear about the three year old boy in NC who was lost outside for three days.
    Thankfully he was found in some bushes, 1/4 from his house. Minor cuts, and scratches but he was ok! I mention this in your comments section because the boy reportedly said he was taken care of by a friendly bear...I immediately thought of this channel and some of the stories you’ve read. Makes you think, and wonder.
    Wow. Either way, he’s home safe and all is well.

    Dude I love this channel it's awesome. I'm from a big city and not many people believe in Sasquatch in the city. They usually laugh and roll their eyes and say "Oh, you believe in Bigfoot? That's fake where's the proof!" It don't bother me because even being the 5th generation of my family from the same neighborhood in the city and not having no outdoor experience or never going into no woods, I still know Sasquatch is real and them not believing or laughing at me won't make Sasquatch not real. Great stories and great channel.

    Great stories! I'm a USMC Veteran and I know that most Navy folk receive very little rifle training. Not for nothing but the guest said he had an AK-47 type rifle (likely semi-auto which is legal). That would fire 7.62x39mm ammo while an M-16 type uses 5.56x45mm. Again, great stories. This man probably has been hunting since before he went to school....yeah...We have schools and universities and professional people too (more for the comment in the video than you though). Great stories and narration as usual - the Louisiana one is chilling. I'm a UK listener, and I do envy the land and forests you still have in the US. As you say we have cut down most of our forests, and have a much higher population density than most of the USA. We do still have some forests, and there are people here who claim to have had contemporary sightings and interactions in various parts of the UK. In Scotland roughly 17% of the land is forest, mostly densely planted spruce in upland areas - but we still have about 3% of natural and more open semi-natural woodlands - mostly birch, hazel, oak, pine, willow and gean. We certainly have enough red and roe deer but our winters are long and tend to be wet and cold - not dry cold which can less of a challenge to survive. (I think our deer and sheep which over winter on the hills have to eat twice as much in a wet winter than a cold dry one). I have no doubt you still have Bigfoot in the US and Canada, but think it very unlikely that they have managed to survive here - our ancestors eradicated bears at least 800 years ago, and the last wolf was shot about 300 years ago. Too many humans have gone into the woods with swords and guns and killed everything possible. But I think we did have them, there are local folklore stories which are very suggestive of bigfoot behavior, and other myths like the Old Grey Man of Ben MacDui, or An Duine Eagalach (the terrible-faced man) of Rannoch Moor. In England they had the Green Man, there's a similar creature in German folklore, and even Denmark has a tall 'schneeman' (snowman/yeti) who was supposed to live on the northern islands.

      There are about 500 new sightings of Woodwose or Bigfoot in Great Britain since 10 years. Especially in Wales, Central England around Sherwood forest, the forest north of the Loch Ness and around the Mount Mac Dhui! Even in the forests in the very north of Ireland there is a similar species living. In Sweden 🇸🇪 and some other Scandinavian countries too. I know 2 Stories about people who had an encounter with a Bigfoot in the Schwarzwald or Black Forest in southern Germany 🇩🇪. Look on UA-cam for „Almost near death experience in the Black Forest“. Very interesting and You will find on UA-cam something about the Bigfoot sightings in GB 🇬🇧 too. For example „Sasquatch found in Ancient druid holy side“ or „Bigfoot sightings in Britain 🇬🇧 Part 1 and Part 2“ or Paranormal portal episode 94 Woodwose“. Many Greetings from Linz-Austria🇦🇹😎👍✌️💪🍺🐺 Europe!

    Just yesterday, (November 24) at sunset, I heard what I believe to be a Bigfoot over in the swamp to the west of my home. It was making that eerie call, nearly identical to those I've heard in other people's recordings. I gave me cold chills just from hearing it.
    Now, most people in my area will call you a lunatic if you say that Bigfoots are in Baldwin County, Alabama. What they don't think about is the fact that we have swamps where even the most dedicated Deer hunters won't go.
    My brother, who lives next door, heard it as well. His dogs also heard it, but were frightened into silence. Try to imagine Pit Bull dogs that afraid.... They were whimpering and trembling.
    Several neighbors heard it as well. Needless to say, I doubt anyone around here slept much last night.

      @Marco-fi6gv 3 роки тому +6

      I felt that way too, but when u are in a situation like that, u don't necessarily have the luxury not making a slow deliberate decision. You have to err on the side of caution because if u guess wrong u end up dead. It is a shame that it got shot, I really do feel bad about that. That being said, we weren't there and we don't know what we would have done. The hunter was clearly feeling threatened by the creatures posture, the look in his eyes, and the general vibe he was getting. It's always good to tap into those things, because they are usually right

    • @Marco-fi6gv
      @Marco-fi6gv 3 роки тому +3

      @@christinearmington how you feel, I am saddened by the thought of it being shot as well. The Sasquatch being scared is different from it showing signs of aggression and ill intent though. The man was there and he saw its actions and posture as well as its eyes. Besides the other things, the eyes are always broadcasting our intentions. Didn't someone say they are the gateway to our souls? You can see in people's eyes , and people say these things are almost human so I have no doubt he saw something in its eyes. Hell, you can look into a dog's eyes or other animals eyes and see things. And I know 30 feet sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. That distance can be closed quite rapidly before you know what hit you, and that's with a human. Happens all the time. Try that experiment. Get an unloaded gun and tell one of your friends to rush you full speed pretending they have a knife. have them do that while you are fumbling to get your gun out and see if you would even be able to get a shot off before but are stabbed. And just because u get a shot off doesn't mean u would hit your target. Even if u did, one shot might not do it, at least not in time. Anyway, I do agree with you, it's a shame it was shot. It made me feel bad as well. I would like to think I would have done everything I could to avoid shooting an innocent being, but only that dude knows the truth.

    This event is very disturbing to me. Some in the Bigfoot world try to convince others Bigfoot is a type of human, a gentle giant of sorts. I think that is a very dangerous idea to put out there. This creature surely would have torn the hunter apart had the hunter not been well armed. He could easily have walked/run away but his initial instinct was to attack and yes, he paid dearly for that decision. Had it been a lost wandering child or a hiker that accidentally approached the Bigfoot, no one would have ever heard from them again. Are there different 'types' of Bigfoot? Some that are more human (and humane) and others with killer instincts? And how could anyone possibly discern one from the other before it was too late?

      There are accounts of chimpanzees attacking, killing and eating human babies, one was very infamous as being an extremely abusive animal to the others in its troupe (he even attacked Jane Goodall and nearly broke her neck), it seems logical to me that if Sasquatch is real then you would have a wide array of differing behaviour and attitudes, some friendly towards humans, some indifferent, some curious and some downright nasty

      No matter how much human DNA they share and no matter how human like the facial appearance maybe in some of these creatures, THEY ARE NOT US, and they all are wild and dangerous creatures whom as a matter of routine kill and eat other creatures. I have seen these things dozens of times in Louisiana and E Texas over the last 50 years and the hairy bastards are not human.

      @Lewis Sparks I wouldn't give a damn if DNA says they are my long lost cousins, they are not us and are not human as we know it by any stretch of the imagination, they are wild and dangerous creatures period.

    Long before I knew the word bigfoot I knew what the wildman was in the Sabine River bottoms of west central Louisiana.

    Very good show Cam...thank you for sharing. Also thank you guest for sharing. I hope I never run across one these creatures that is too close, like some have done. I'm pretty sure I would fail the bluff charge test. With a fast creature, yards and seconds would be precious. (Because I can do math on the fly).

      @@DixieCryptid it's Sister! :-) my name is Cindy and we're about the same age...live in Texas and always love listening to you later at night while working Security. I often wonder what I'd do or how I'd react if a Bigfoot was to stumble upon my post...it is at the edge of town with woods nearby. Who knows what could happen. But my head is always on a swivel...

    OK I've got a good friend that his family owns a lot of Land next to a big plantation, like 20000 acres. Any way this family has always been woodsmen type of people. Not afraid of the dark in the deepest woods. And the sons of my friends grew up here all of there lives. There all big-time deer and hogs hunter's. Well one morning one of the sons went deer hunting and got in his stand well before light. He was sitting there waiting for deer when all of the sudden the tree he had his deer stand on started shaking big-time. He was scared shit less . The tree stopped shaking and he could here it walking away. He made himself look back at it. He said it was big and had long reddish brown hair and walked on two legs. And it stopped and looked back at him and he had to look away. He called his dad and had them to come all the way to the tree to pick him up. my buddy said he was crying and shaking all over and wouldn't even talk about it for hours. He ran into his room as soon as they got home and stayed there for hours. He also said that it had an awful smell like nothing he'd ever smelled before. All this happened in South Georgia a couple years ago and he still will not go to that stand.

      Mike Carter so weird. I lived years in South Georgia, the last few on a plantation in Lee County, with my nearest neighbor half a mile up the dirt road that lead out to the highway. People asked me if I was scared there by myself, and I always replied no, I have six dogs and an automatic pistol. I always believed in Bigfoot, but had no idea they were anywhere but the Pacific Northwest. So, in 1996 I moved to Washington state, with the first year on a remote estate out in Kitsap County. I never saw any sign of Sasquatch out there, but I know they are in that area. It was only in the last couple of years on the internet that I learned they are all over the places, including South Georgia. I am pretty glad I didn’t know when I lived there that they were around.

      I belonged to a hunting club in Georgia just south of Macon. I had a good hunting spot in the river bottom area that was about 3/4 mile from our camp. One afternoon I was down there in my leaner stand and killed a nice sow pig that was about 100#. I managed to get it field dressed and loaded onto my atv to haul it out of there right after dark. I needed my headlights on the atv to clearly see the trail. As I was driving out of there I had a creepy feeling I was not alone. It felt closeby too but I couldn't see it. I got out of there and back to camp without any incident. I don't know what, if anything, was down there but my radar was going off big time. I didn't go down there in the dark anymore and I was always armed when I did. A bolt action .270 rifle was my weapon of choice. I have learned to trust my intuition. If that little voice is talking to me I listen to it.
