That looks delish Gabe! I’m going to try it, but instead of just a regular slices of avocado, I’m going to kind of make it into a chunky guacamole. Just adding a little lemon or lime, juice, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper, and a little cilantro. 🤤

I do that too with avocado or potatoes and sweet potatoes as well. Try to scoop the avocado with a spoon do not to cut your hand I use a tablespoon

If you cut the avocado in 4 pieces, you can easily peel the skin back.
