- Hello everyone. In this video we are going discuss the future of ark. As well as thoughts and concerns on new creatures in ark, new maps in ark and the current state of the game.
I talk about the 7 new creatures in Ark Survival Ascended:
The gigantoraptor, the Oasisaur, the fasolasuchus, the ceratosaurus, Xiphactinus, The shastasaurus and the pyromane.
I also talk about the 4 categories of creatures we have:
The community voted creatures,
The bobs tall tales DLC creatures
The Ark Mod creatures from Garuga123
The Ark Fantastic Tames paid dlc
I talk about new creature abilities, and old creatures needing Tlcs. I also talk about creature taming concerns.
I talk about ragnarok, abberation and extinction facing a possible delay. As well as the future ark maps being delayed as well if things continue.

I hope they change the Genesis missions to scale with the number of players. IE be solo able. I not holding my breath though.
They definitely need to sort something out. They didn’t announce a community voted creature for those maps, and there is no dlcs yet that are associated with those maps. They are definitely changing something, but only time will tell what that is.
Indeed, they where way too hard for solo players in general.
I do enjoy a challenge bug geez some where just insane.

I hope that they get rid of their nitrado only server hosting because nitrado is so bad where I live
I play single play so I can’t speak to them, but I have definitely not heard good things
They will never revisit the old creatures. Why make their community happy, when you can sell them a solution. They've always done this. Just give any TLC abilities to the new stuff, with a price tag on it.
It’s definitely been a struggle for sure. When it was still early into Ark they were coming out with all these tlcs, but then when dlcs started dropping more regularly the tlcs came to
A halt. I just wish some of these older creatures got some much needed love.

@@TGC1775 what’s the mod do? I’ve definitely heard its name before, but haven’t looked at it.
Its almost as if their more concerned with adding garbage ransomware and pay to win content rather than actually finishing content.
Yeah there are definitely some opportunities. Like I said in the video I would rather be told up front about a delay and receive positive updates and communication then just following the delays we have received already.
Disabling light bloom may help your performance as well. It looked like it may have been on. Also, I do agree with a lot of your points. I am not happy about all of them, but I think you present good reasoning for your thoughts.
I totally forgot that was on, I usually have it off, but was messing with the settings prior to recording. Thanks for that call out. And glad you feel similar thoughts.

that is definitely true, that was my way of just saying I think they need a tlc, a little more polish 😂
I definitely use the parasaur ability more, for underground enemies, and early game travel. I mainly use the Rex roar because it looks cool.
Also, The yuty roar had way more properties. I mean 1 roar is a buff, the other cancels out wild yuty roars, or makes wild carnos fight for you. It also makes them take more damage so knocking out creatures is easier because of the debuff roar. It also makes all smaller Dino’s in the area poop, so there’s that too 😂
