As someone who has visited mahogany as I have family there but I live in Toronto. I can definitely say it’s the nicest community I’ve ever seen with my 2 eyes. Too bad I can’t move as work but I’d love to retire there

Thanks for the great video! I just noticed you said the average house price in the Lakefront portion was 1.1 Million, but on realtor, they are currently listed for >2.5 Millions :( Any idea why?

Thanks! all the prices I mentioned came from the developers website which may not be up to date with the current market.

if you want to live 1 hour and 30 minuts from work, and without the greenline too! i can't wait till this floodplain floods and we'll have to bail out people's stupid decisions. save this tweet, because this place flooded the last time.
