One of the best value exchange i recommend is ( ORIENTAL EXCHANGE ) then after you reach the airport in Malaysia or other countries you will have exchange there to convert Dollar to the Local currency. Do not exchange full as we can exchange for better price outside the airport where we are living. Just exchange 200 USD to cover initial expense that would do.
