To celebrate the TotK release, I asked dan to recreate the doom eternal story trailer using recent trailer footage. He lined it up shot-for-shot and it looks incredible. The entire audio for this video is done by me (for the first half, mostly in one day) and my buddy Alex was nice enough to pitch in a voiceover last minute for the cherry on top.

Amazing rendition. Have you seen the Theories that say the Doom Slayer is actually a hyper futuristic version of Link. Both get resurected from a Sarcophagus, both Blonde, both wear Green outfits, both are doomed to an eternity of slaying a darkness that plagues their world.
I love this fan theory so much.
Hell, if this game's plot breaks the Master Sword and infects Link with some measure of dark (demonic) power.......
They also both have a signature weapon, the Super Shotgun and the Master Sword.

Another parallel - Ganon's forces getting resurrected every Blood Moon, mirrors the fate of the demonic armies from Doom 64. Sewn together again and given another chance at life - only to be slain again.
Not only are BotW Link and Doom Slayer both resurrected, they're both resurrected in worlds where resurrection is reserved for soldiers. Their enemies will get extra chances at life to stop them. Slayer and Link have to leave those they care about the deepest (Daisy and Mipha) in the past, and fight in their second life knowing they were only brought back for that purpose.
Also, BotW Link gets a chainsaw, which is extra effective against Ganon's possessed robots, so...
You could damage a lot of wallets with a OoT/MM Argent Zelda album.

As a almost 40 year old gamer, Zelda and Doom have always been very dear to me since I was a child.
I can draw so many similarities with Doom 2016 / Doom Eternal and BotW /TotK like:
- They are a technical evolution in their respective gameplays
- Whatever they did right, they kept it right
- Whatever they could evolved it, they evolved it
- If you felt powerful in the first game, you feel unstoppable in the second one
- If the first game was epic, the second one was even more epic
- The second game made me appreciate their respective franchise even more.
Now i must know; is this a trailer to bring attention to the a cool game or is this a teaser for a bloody cool song OR?!!! is it both?
