3802i is supported in India with right Regulatory Domain PID, please follow the below link for identifying PID for any Country or models www.cisco.com/c/dam/assets/prod/wireless/wireless-compliance-tool/index.html
I am curious about using American APs in Europe, provided that you setup the WLC for multiple domains, this forcing the APs to use the lowest common denominator of channels and tx power. Is this a common or acceptable approach to dealing with regulatory domains?
Don't think using an American AP in Europe is the right choice, only if both countries are sharing the same Regulatory Domain we are allowed to use i otherwise it's not. I strongly recommend to use the right Regulatory Domain AP in your country to avoid any future legal issues. There are things under our control and we can do the manipulation to control the TPC/DCA or we can even set the relevant values manually. But, that is not considered as right approach as human errors can lead into multiple issues as there are Weather Radars/Military devices/DFS shares the same medium and restricted through Regulatory Domain. So, answer is NO from my side. Use the right Regulatory domain AP in each country 😇
@@CiscoNetworking I was under the impression that the WLC has no problem using the common settings, and is how we were able to use A region AP's in the E region. Granted that the are similar. Also, these are internal antennas, not external, so the link budget and TX power is baked into the hardware itself, which I assume would be more of a problem for external antennas with high gain that goes beyond the EIRP limits?
@@blendonator WLC will be able to support any conditions as WLC is aware of all Regulatory Domains, the only concern is the Compliance to the Regulatory Domain Regulations of the Country. Definitely using WLC auto RRM will not be the right choice for the APs that is getting physically deployed in the wrong Country. This is my understanding, will also research on the same and update you if I got any more info on this or my understanding is wrong.

Sir could you please make an video about client troubleshooting what are the general criteria we check when client reports issue.
Let me try, some PPT based one
@@CiscoNetworking thank you so much
Js, why don't you do a proper cisco ccnp wireless course on udemy? you materials are more in depth than what they currently have
Sorry, I am not in a position to create cources in Online Teaching platforms. Doing my best here to share the knowledge.
@@CiscoNetworking I am feeding on ur materials like cereal. It’s been really helpful. Thank you very much. God bless you.
