I love this preacher, but how would he know the intentions of a giver? There is no way he could know why someone gives to ministry. We all are sinners saved by Grace, but do we continue to willfully sin? No! We do our best to change the behaviors we learned in the course of living life. I think he was assuming a lot in this sermon. I love you Elder Lee, and I love your music. Keep making music that encourages others to continue in the Grace of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Phyllis Graham how do you know the intentions of this pastor? There is no way you could know why he was speaking this way in ministry... do you see what you are doing? You are doing the very same thing you are complaining of. Also, we are not all sinners saved by grace - we were sinners at the time we were saved and we are now saints through the Holy Spirit that we received on rebirth... we don’t continue living in sin (not because we try not to fail) but because we are regenerated and the new person is Christ, receives the power of Christ to lead an obedient life willingly and without self effort. Please make sure that you have truly repented of your sins and called upon the name of the Lord Jesus to save you and set you free.
I think you missed what he was saying. I'm pretty sure he's not talking everyone who gives but you will know when someone gives from the heart or when someone gives to be seen and get the praise themselves
