loved this message, so rich in truth, tho idk if it's just me, but i find the cheering, hooting and whistling in the beginning extremely off-putting, and it deters me from wanting to share this vid with a non believer, lest they believe the church is worshipping speakers/pastors instead of Jesus only. Isn't Trip just a mere servant of God? It's good to welcome him with respect but this reaction feels like the reaction that fans have for celebrities and just comes off excessive.
He is referring to God, not us: “we have a God who is perfectly faithful and [He] will never have to repent.” He’s insinuating that The Lord is perfect and does not sin, therefore He will never have to repent.
