    What if the estate is divided between the real kids and one of the kids dies, and they have two kids which will be the grandkids of the estate of the person who passed away who is a "Grandparent"

    my dad died 20 months ago in ca…no will…done on purpose…step mom name on all his properties and accounts…are his biological kids entitled to anything…she tells us “sorry but no will can’t help ya”😡

      I’m really sorry for your loss. I am a law student so not an expert in estate law so technically can’t give any advice but I believe that heirs outside of current marriage have rights in intestacy
