That one I kept forgetting/mixing up which legal remedy/law applied to which problem.] I LOVVVVVE almost allllll law sections as it is my passion. Studying law + cognitive science & no joke, I LOVVVVVVE watching live trials - especially ones that will take most, if not all, of a court's allotted daily time. However, the EXCEPTION is business law for some reason. I'd lose interest becoming super bored & sleepy fast but only that one section of law. Family, Civil & Criminal, Probate & Tort are my favorites and easiest understood topics. Thank you! Ok so I passed the bar and these videos are basically the reason I passed. I tried barmax as well but I did not like it tbh. There was no explanation or anything just repetition of the notes they sent you in audio. The MCs were also cherry-picked by barmax I feel. Anyways, the only reason I passed was because I scored high on the essay portion literally by watching these vids. You will have to supplement this with another bar prep course for MCs/ UBE to get a feel for how those questions are like. But I highly highly highly recommend getting studicata.

FYI this guy finally helped me understand negligence/ standard of care AFTER a b in torts. Still hadn’t really understood until I watched these vids 😂
