Drawing disabled parking symbols on blue paper

I've managed to find some blue paper that is close enough to the blue background of the disabled parking symbols...courtesy of ACI, the Italian Automobile Association that gave me a pile of leaflets when I renovated my yearly subscription last August.
Hanging on to a whole lot of rubbish (to the eyes of "normal" people) is a distinguishing trait of us modellers.
