日本でも数々の雑誌に掲載され、イベントでもアワードを多数受賞したLEVEL ONE JAPAN
宮田さんのFC3S。
SNSでも有名なこの車両を目にした人は多いと思います。
今回JP STREETの取材を宮田さん自らも集大成として撮影を快諾して頂きました。
意外にも動画の撮影は初という事で、走行するこのFC3Sを撮影した貴重な映像となっていると思います。
このRX-7以外にも数台所有していることも有名ですが、このFC3Sに対する愛情をたっぷりと語ってくれた宮田さん、少々長めの動画となりますが、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。

FC3S on the cover of SUPER STREET magazine
LEVEL ONE JAPAN, which has been featured in numerous magazines in Japan and won many awards at events.
Mr. Miyata's FC3S.
Many people have probably seen this vehicle, which is also famous on SNS.
Mr. Miyata himself kindly agreed to be interviewed by JP STREET this time for the filming as the culmination of his career.
Surprisingly, this was the first time for him to shoot a video, and we believe that this is a valuable video of this FC3S in action.
Mr. Miyata, who is well known for owning several other cars besides this RX-7, spoke a lot about his love for this FC3S, and although the video is a bit long, please be sure to watch it through to the end.

When i look at this car, beautifull seats, manual gear box, normal dash board in stead of digital, instead of automatic, beautifull body lines, now thats a real car, ❤

I'm always blown away that in Japan there is a yearning for "North America" spec components: side markers, emblems, mirrors, etc. It makes sense, but it's also wild to think about when so many people I know (myself included) have spent extra money and time on sourcing JDM parts!

This RX7 is so clean and I grown to liking it because of Initial D too.
Many people who like FC are influenced by Initial D.
FC and FC are cars that never fade away even if you look at them now.
That car is so beautiful and aggressive without being overly flashy. It just has this perfect balance to represent the soul of the FC which is just a true Japanese Muscle Car.
FCに乗っていた時はFDに乗り換えたいの一心でしたがFDも手放して数年経って観るとFCのクルマとしてのバランスの良さを感じます。内装の質感 デザインはFDより上だと思うし乗り味は普通のセダンより快適。外装デザインもFDにも勝るとも劣らない。60過ぎてもう一度乗りたいと思うのはFCかな^_^ FC FD 30年近く乗り続け手放した今 憧れのクルマはやっぱりセブンです。なんの事やら😂

Fantastic passion. I have an 87FC and I determined as well that this car was coming with me. I have had it for almost 20 years and has lived in 4 states with me now. I love it to death. Ill be buried in the damn thing. Thank you for keeping the modifications in check, especially with the exterior. Much respect.

the FC is heavily slept on, better looking car than the FD in my opinion, the only reason people are die hards for the FD is because of the fast movies that arent even that good to begin with

私の好みはリヤクロスバー&ピラーにガセットプレート止めで昇天します。
しかし、このストリートも走るコンセプトならここまでの補強がベストなんでしょうね。😊
I love Kohei's lifestyle, it reminds me of my own. I have literally nothing I'm interested in except cars; there are times I get into other hobbies but it never lasts. My parents have always been frugal and somewhat strict; they would rather I just buy a reliable and boring daily commuter but I want to be able to buy a 240SX (PS13) one day and also live that JDM dream.

@@dazem5418 Definitely. Currently employed at Toyota as a tire and lube tech. Pays not good but I'm getting experience and money slowly. The grind don't stop for your dream car!

自分も若い頃、所沢ナンバーのFC乗ってました。そして川島インター近くに住んでます^_^ 18で初めて買った新古車のFCあの頃は205万だったかな 本当楽しくて大好きな車でした。降りる日まで好きな車でした。いつか子育てが終わったら買い直そうと思ってるうちに高級車に…いまはコペン をセカンドカーにし我慢してます！
地域も車種も同じですね！
200万円位でこれが買えたのですね。。。
今ではすっかりキレイなタマは減ってますし、キレイだと高額になってしまって本当になかなかポンとは買えないですよね🥲
でもいつかまた、手に入れて欲しいです！
今振り返ると7の中では、FCがダントツでカッコイイですね！
斜め後方ローアングルはシビレます！
当方が仕上げたF6カプチーノもミレニアムジェイド、アルミはTE37ブロンズが一致していて親近感じますね。カッコよさ抜群ですね！
Tokorozawa represent. Loved the drive through Kawagoe. Saitama with the mountain roads such an under-rated place to drive. For all the Tokyo cars driving down Shutoko (首都高速道路) the hills in country Saitama are easily far more fun. I miss these stomping grounds in my old FD. This FC build is a tasteful honouring of the original form. Great interview with passionate mild mannered bloke. Nice work.
Did you live in Japan?
Saitama has some good roads to drive if you drive a little bit. Chichibu area is also a nice place!

@@jpstreet2022 Yes I did JP, I've had an association with Japan for nearly 30 years and I been there on and off for over twenty years from Tokyo to Osaka, I head back occasionally for family duties, I lived in Hanno, which is 20 minutes from Shomaru touge and Sadamine Touge. I use to drive Shomaru touge everyday too and from work. The Chichibu area is absolutely stacked with fantastic roads. There are quite a few performance shops in the Tokorozawa, Iruma, Kawagoe, Omiya areas and its not unusually for them to come to the Saitama rural areas for a run. Saitama is not "Dasai" if you're into both grip and drift cars. Plenty of meet ups as well. The nearby Yokota airbase has a small contingent of US service men that occasionally pop up and need to be taught some gentle etiquette to avoid rattling the local police cages. The local mountain racers have a very cooperative attitude and help quickly clear up bingles before the boys in blue turn up. Its a really good bunch.
It's nice to see some level one cars still around. I grew up with some of the Richmond Hill guys and the only level one car that's still around that I know of is the black S13. I had a few FCs in my time but they were never close to this nice.

The right hand drive Japanese version (Honda) was sold in Japan, but the Acura is not sold in Japan.
I think it would be very cool to drive an Acura in Japan.
I also drive an Audi imported from North America!
