In today's video, I'll be taking you along with me and my sister as we travel to Hudson NY to explore the city and stay at one of the most exquisite hotels I've ever been to - The Maker Hotel (@themakerhotel). This hotel is magical. Every single detail is stunning - from the wonderful fragrances that you are greeted the moment you enter the door, to the lovely staff, beautiful decor, delicious cocktails and dining, and a fragrance library (that I was told I spent the most time in out of all the guests that have stayed at the hotel, lol) - creates an ambiance that is warm, casually luxurious, and oh so special. Jessica...I have been some places...I mean I HAVE BEEN SOME PLACES...But the lavishness of this establishment is certainly palatial...This is a specific destination treat...for the BIGG stuff...I consider this baller status! Love it...I'm putting it on my Blossom List...I don't believe in bucket lists...Elease and I for sure must experience extravagance! Good job on finding this one.

You are so right - there’s nothing better than spending quality time with sisters. We always have the best time together, but staying at this hotel together was everything! So glad you enjoyed it!!!! What a fab hotel. Great food and drinks. I love fragrances too! I love the idea of a fragrance library. In general what are your favorite fragrances? I’m loving Nishane Hundred Silent Ways. In the fall/winter, I love Tom Ford Tabacco Vanille and Killian Angel Share. So glad to see you enjoying your visit. I know from the newsletter you weren’t feeling well. You looked fab! Reliving this video brought a smile to my face the entire time. You captured so many incredible moments. Our time in Upstate New York was incredible!! The Maker Hotel has a special place in my heart and I can't wait to go back and will definitely recommend it to friends that are looking for a quick getaway from the city. The Scent Library goes down in history as my favorite space in the hotel. And Le Perche breakfast is a chef's kiss with beautiful outdoor space!!! What an amazing time!
Wasn’t reliving it, the best?!! I think it was one of my favorite videos to edit because I got to relive such a special time. And that breakfast at Le Perche…..aaaaah I can’t wait to go back and this time we’ll definitely ask for a table outside! 😆
Next time you are in Hudson, check out 436 Warren St. It’s my families plumbing business, the oldest establishment in Columbia County, and our front window does not look like a plumbing store! It has plants that are just shy of 100 years old with additions over the years from customers!
