  • As crisis response services systems continue to evolve, it is imperative that service systems and delivery be informed by those with lived experience of receiving these services. Recognizing this, organizations across the country are leveraging lived experience and peer supports to innovate and build robust ER alternative programs for Crisis Stabilization services. Presenters from the National Council and Ellis Mental Health Services will explore and discuss the Living Room Model, one such recovery-centered alternative, which has helped provide support to many individuals facing challenges related to mental health, substance use and serious mental illness.
