You mentioned two other well known national DJs: Howard Stern and Dick Clark. There is another DJ that was national and made an impact in the music industry: Doctor Demento. Barry Hanson (Dr.D) would have enjoyed having Wolfman Jack on his show. In fact, Wolfman played Dr. Demento's rival in the 2022 Weird: The Al Yankovich Story.

Have you listened to the podcast on Dr. Brinkley. It is a crazy story and really is a big part of the origin of the Border Radio stations.
