I used to have pani poori, vadapav from a small shop near our office. It was evening once i asked him bhai why dont you keep some chai here. He smiled and replyed.. "Sir if i keep chai, you will take a cup of tea and may be a samoosa, if i want to sell samoosa chat i will have to bring table chair, more over water for washing glasses" i was stunned

Yes, my mom told our kaamwali aunty whose son had lost his job ke chai ka thela lagalo local courts ke bahar. Thay started with chai then added biscuits, pakodas. The rural people who live in nearby villages in haryana do not eat fried food. So they added a fruit chat section, it is very popular here. Now, the lady has quit her housework and are earning a substantial amount of money. My mom felt sad when she left but we are happy that they have improved their lives.

I think all human beings on the earth can be categorized as 'common man' except those who have multiple heads or hands or those that are man eaters. That category is 'uncommon man'.
Some people realise the value.of India when they live in a grass-filled nation with all street food not in the streets but within walls. The makers contain more certificates that are certified by fools than talents. The makers there go by a script than instinct and natural knowledge. So those 'some people' realise that a city is actually being made with that hussle and bustle of mess and that unhygenic environment than a museum painted with rules and documents😃

Only a few evil globalist families control the world are trillionaires and do not want to share any wealth with any one they do not want the poor to be educated nor earn money as this is the way we can all be controlled.

It is really a miracle that how this video poped up today in my list.
Just 15hrs before (i.e) last night have been out to dine at nearby food outlet who makes delicious food. After seeing his capability and his culinary expertise with very less of equipment, moderately managed kitchen and seating area I offered him my support(free of cost) to do basic makeover with available source (no heafty investment required) of the place add on technology , maximum reach in market to increase the foot fall and as well the business.
I being from Food Industry can do a bit to incresce the value of such outlets.
Now after seeing this video I am going to visit such outlets (monthly one outlet) which are thriving to survive and support them for a better business.

Thanks for highlighting these people. The memory of a man who sold me some peanut brittle on the street in 1980 has been a lasting inspiration to me. I imagined that his daily profit was small. To keep his business going he must give priority to buying more nuts and sugar, despite the daily needs of his family.
His motivation and self discipline kept him to his budget, kept his stocks supplied, kept him appearing in the right places at the right time. Such a modest man was bursting with talent.

@Uditya Tyagi Please enlighten me on how many 'B-school' turnouts go to work for at least one such MSME. I bet not a single one of them. Because MSMEs don't offer the comforts and convenience of a corporate job where it doesn't matter whether you work or you don't, you still earn your salary at the end of the month. I am a freelance corporate trainer and have worked with some of the very big companies in my career. I can assure you of the level of incompetence and inefficiency that these so called conglomerates are plagued with. It is appalling to see bungling at the highest level and such idiots getting away with only as much as a mild reprimand and lesser performance appraisal emoluments. I would personally kick such people out of the company and give them a very unfavourable yet fitting testimony of their imbecility to other companies so that they too don't suffer the same fate that my company might have.
As for CEOs working towards increasing the profit margins of "already famous brands", how and who do you think must have effected the surge of such brands to global positions of power and demand? Those were the same people who began small and took their brand so seriously that they made them into certain indispensable products that we all today consume and intermittently enjoy.

Leveraging the talent that actually can deal with any real problem without any roadmap or pre-planned chart, especially at National level can increase the talent pool of the country powerfully. A captivating speech. I think every young Indian should listen to this without fail end to end. I am also reminded of Mumbai's dabbawala's and how they gained global recognition. Big businesses are driven by statistical modelling and photocopies from the West. Consider the number of supermarkets that have failed and those that are struggling and compare with a street vendor whose arsenal is so lean. But, the success rate of the street vendor is exponentially high. At every corner there is a lesson to be learned. Thank you captain for this wonderful speech.
