Great organization.... Using different oils is a good health initiative. U can use various oils in different dishes for a meal,eg: sambar in gingelly oil, poriyal in groundnut oil/ coconut oil, deep frying in rice barn/ sunflower oil. Simple saute with olive/ avacado oil.
