What Jade Omma said is actually true. I have very weak stomach since i was little. I tend to be a very sensitive person and always worry even for a little things. Then when i grown up, i got GERD and become depressed. Few months ago i went to iridologist and he told me my stomach is weak it leads to anxiety, depression, negative thoughts and other mental health problems. I'm very surprised the fact that my stomach and what i eat is the main culprit of the sufferings.
Don’t let her try the spicy sambal of nasi lemak….. the original Sambal Nasi Lemak isn’t supposed to be spicy… It has the sweetness, savoury flavour & a light taste of chillies….

I know what you mean. When making sambal for European friends it is toned down. The good thing is that they want the real stuff so the sambal and laksa is being turned up for them these days :D Sambal blachan and cucumber is a regular at the family BBQ's these days Hooray for games and curry nights

Looking at this video reminds me of my childhood. I was five years old that day and my mother cooked curry mango and Sambal Udang for dinner. I told my mother that the sambal is so spicy and I don't want to eat curry mango because I was not familiar with it. My mother shoved my mouth with Nasi with Sambal Udang and I cried loudly that night. Slowly, in the future, my mother realised that she made a mistake. She turned me into a "spicy maniac" and asked me to eat something that less spicy. Just a story from a fellow Blimers.

it's true because our gut is our second brain. do you change your diet or anything after that?
@@alzahrahabdullatiff9297 yes i did. I avoid spicy foods, nuts, caffeine, limit protein intake. Take some herbal meds to help me sleep better.
i guess it makes sense to limit protein intake because everytime i eat red meat i got constipation. thanks for the tips
