Even the main road and internal approach roads are horrible. The most expensive community in the area, Aparna Western Meadows has a High Tension wire passing through the community and it is beside a railway track.

Recently, after CBN coming to power in AP, the prices would have easily dropped by 20%. So, 35-40k is the correct price, but it may be hard to find sellers at this price now. If you wait for 6mons, as no sales will happen at these exorbitant prices, then sellers will reduce the price. Have to wait and buy!
