      I did drawings with autocad, imported the drawings to flashMX to create animations. There are many softwares such as automation studio, FluidSIM, etc available. But, I have to create colourful, accurate and attractive figures and animations, which is not possible with those preset programs.

    sir, as the piston reaches top position, the pressure reaches 6 bar and unloading valve opens. but by the opening of the valve isn't the pressure again reduces and the piston moves downwards?

      good question. if the pressure reduce below 6 bar, the unloading valve will close again. means, oil flows to the cylinder at exactly 6 bar. not so sharp, it will be within a small range, between some upper and lower limits.

      infact, pressure will not reduce because, in that position of DCV, the line is connected to pump.
