The reason for the beep sound is because Vijay has mentioned some Locations/Cities in Munbai to his cop friend over phone which are based on true crime events. Therefore, the moment Vijay and his police friend were mentioning these Cities, it probably got censored from the India Central Board (Central Board of Film Certification).
