I’d like to see your build & decorate strategy to sell to Chang Choi. No matter how I try to set things up to his specifications, he always comes in second in the bidding process.
Fancy office guy probably needs a wardrobe for hanging suits and shirts from the dry cleaner’s, and a full length mirror for getting dressed. Both could have replaced the bookshelves in the bedroom. An impressive garden urn or statuary probably wouldn’t go amiss, with a few evergreens around the base. First impressions stuff.
Love the idea of designing specifically for a buyer. Hope you'd do more videos for each buyer. I heard some buyers are a bit difficult to sell to
hi wels, maybe you dont know about this, but you are able to change the stairs color or some parts of building like the train color (you didnt change the train color at all before) with the "sell object" equipment.
This is bringing back such memories of being a kid in like, junior high, and getting absolutely obsessed with watching those house flipper shows on HGTV. XD There was this old farmhouse in my hometown that I just _knew_ I could flip into something awesome... if someone would just give me a couple zillion bucks lolol.

I really hope in second game we can see more utility, commercial or other types of buildings. For example this really cool office I'd see in some business-type building, not in a home.
I know nothing about DBZ, but apparently the dragon balls are hidden throughout the Turtle House? Would love to see that one (plus it’s pink 😊)

You get what you get. There will never be a response from wels about what he is working on or planning to release. It's a lost cause. I was so excited to see MC uploaded again. But now it seems he is done yet again. 😢
You can turn off this light mode when light are on only when you in the room, Setting - "ECO light mode"
