They're tired of losing but I didn't see any issue with coaching. The only issue is there needs to be more accountability for the defense and the offense needs a real quarterback as well as a stronger OL.

Daniel Jones was never a NFL starting Caliber QB. 6 years was enough. As great of a guy Jones is you cannot underperform and lack basic fundamentals for 6 years. It's a miracle he got the check he did and started as long as he did.
