Like your videos. Live near Moosehead and have the cottage I bought several years ago. Have used it extensively and it’s still in great shape. A cot will fit in with the bench stored and I’ve slept in it several times. That resort pro is the cat’s meow! Tight lines, see ya on the ice!

Love Maine ! Fished and Grouse hunted around Parmachenee Lake and Red River area. Been wanting to go back up soon. I like the LED light set up in that Otter.

Have you done an actual review of this shack? I mean this was a walk around and fast at that. How happy are you with its performance, the window locations while sitting, headroom? Pros and Cons? Is the back door actually big enough to be useable it looks small? I would love to hear your opinions because I am considering an otter pro series flip over either the lodge or resort. I would be using a snowmobile tow and a snowmobile trailer but with my age and the weight of the resort, I would need to install a winch to load it by myself. I do like the size of it though.

Great shack to have if you have no snow or a machine to pull it.. without a machine and 5inches of snow it becomes a pain to try and pull

You use a heater called buddy heater...its propane I see...just have to be careful about the exhaust? How do you cope with that? Thanks and great video and ice shelter!!
All shelters like this have vents at the top you can open. The heater it self has a low oxygen shut off, but just crack a vent and you’re fine

@@rikswan1000 Mr. heater also advertises this model as indoor safe. It's good to go inside an ice shelter.
You could get a co detector, i just got one and plan on sleeping in it so I will addinf the detector.

You prefer Otter over Eskimo or Clam... I don't see many Otter shacks out on the lakes.
Micah Raymond otter 100%. They are the best. Most expensive that’s probably why you don’t see many. And a lot of places just sell clam and Eskimo.
Otter are expensive but they make the best!
Clam makes garbage compared to Otter. Otters tubs, zippers, fabric and poles are all MUCH higher quality. I live in Northern MN and have plenty of time spent in all the brands. Otter makes THE BEST!!

It’s been done. It comes with 3 boat style seats.. put 2 more guys in chairs in the corner. Works to keep warm but not to fish
