I didn't have Arcueid in my roster at the time I made this video, so I decided to use her instead (since the MUGEN version of Akaitsuki has her looking just like Arcueid).
Well, that depends on what you refer to. Gameplay-wise, Akaitsuki has Red Arc's movelist but Arcueid's sprites. Canon-wise, it gets much more complicated, partially because it is never fully explained.
No, the pose is at normal speed and it's not glitchy; it looks like it as a side effect of looping the animation from Stage Viewer. She's not in Heat/Blood Heat because there's not color aura behind her, and the background's not "bad", the stage is like that. Now that I think of it, it might be impossible to discern it simply by looking at the video.
there are no things like father-son relationship between True Acestors, they are created and given a soul, every true ancestor is a reflection of the Crimson Moon itself
Wow, good eye, I hadn't caught that yet. I don't think it's "expanding" per-se, the spriters probably intended it to look like it was rising and falling, which is a pretty good reference to one moment in the original Tsukihime VN. Still, it's not what I meant...

It is impossible to run MUGEN without an opponent. The closest you can get is a completely invisible one, and then deactivating the lifebars. Good guess, but that isn't even how I recorded this: I used stage viewer. Besides, what "is not quite right" only has to do with the character itself.
Really? I wouldn't know if it's like that in Act Cadenza or in Actress Again, but I just checked in Re-Act and the original and in both her socks are like that for her original palette.
Isn´t Brunestud of the Crimson Moon her dad..I mean they share a lot of similarities when you think about it...Brunestud was never wirtten to drink blood,like Arc who didin´t for 800 years if I am right and also both can use the power of the red moon,only that Crimson can use 100% and Arc can only when she goes Warcueid
I'm not sure about her relationship with Brunestud, but considering it's the same as her last name, it's highly probable that Brunestud is her and Altrouge's father.
Eh, if I wanted good Melty Blood stages I'd go with Raien Makoto's convertions but I digress.... At least it isn't one of those terrible SSBM photo stages, which are vastly even worse than Saiyainjin Mui's stages.
Probaly cause typemoon said Crimson was a he-even i Arc is one of his means to reincarnate ad dominate the world,not kidding Crimson wanted to make Earth his new kingdom...and the first time I heard the name Altrouge Brunestud I tought she was Arc´s mother..until I saw a pic of her...

Good song but terible stage. No offense, I am just not fond with Saiyanjin Mui's stages. Mainly because they have suffered some kind of color condition.
