Kristen, I tried the older version of this a few months ago. Excited to try this version as we love apple pie around here. I need easy things right now as I have back issues that prevent me from standing or walking very long. I am confused by the kitchen. Light marble one day and the brown fleck the next. I like the white better but it sounds empty. Keep up the good work!
If you buy a big bag of pecans from Priesters in Alabama, store them in freezer, you'll always have some to top your fruit bakes! YUM! I made your pineapple, canned strawberry, banana bake w/vanilla cake mix for Christmas & it was DELICIOUS!! (I added pecans, lol!!) BTW, I'm not from Alabama. I'm going to make your cinammon rolls but add brn sugar, cinammon, butter, nuts on top WITH CINAMMON CHIPS! Maybe even sprinkle w/chocolate chips. Kinda like Mexican hot chocolate in a roll. What did you think, have you ever tried that combo?

I did this except I greased the pan with butter the put brown sugar & cinnamon on the bottom then heavy cream. Didn’t add apples though.
