That probably more accurate. I just googled it and see a tiny house is defined as a small house under 400 sq/ft. You are correct. It’s a small cabin.

There seems to be a lack of privacy for the bathroom which is so close to the road.

Hahah that’s a good point. Wood burning fireplaces are kind of a no no for an Airbnb. It is kinda strange. We are doing the same in our treehouse though.
@@OurLifeInTrees Ah ok. This past summer I stayed in an Air BnB with a fireplace. May want to look more into that, but I can understand a stranger can accidentally burn your place down via not knowing how to properly light a fire.

I wouldn't call it luxurious. It's nice, but it's too small to be luxurious. Big rooms, High ceilings, marble countertops, large deck. That's luxurious.
I can see your point. As cabins go out here, it’s a luxury cabin. I’m sure there are some areas it’s just a little box and barely acceptable. lol.
that is frivolous, not luxury. Simple living is a luxury once you realize the freedom you get in return form a simple life.
