We saw the same band playing when we visited Riga a few weeks ago! Hope you got some delicious fried garlic bread when you were there - still dreaming about it. Riga’s such a hidden gem!
Oh amazing! The music was really special. Ummmm fried garlic bread?!? I'm not a little sad we missed that 😂 We will be looking that up for our next trip for sure!
Thank you for our first introduction to a Latvia Christmas Market. It looks so magical! Especially with all the snow. I love that they have all the little bunnies to feed. 🐰🥰 We’ve been looking at going to some Christmas Markets next year and like you guys, we like that this one doesn’t seem as busy as the German markets. Excited to see more videos from you guys!
Both Tallin, Estonia and Riga, Latvia markets were just beautiful. German markets are special in there own way. They are very themed and many cities have many markets not just one or two but they are more crowded. We have been to a lot of markets, but there are still so many to visit. Here is a list of our top ten Christmas markets maybe it can help you plan which markets to visit. andrewandkait.com/where-is-the-best-christmas-market/ Thanks for watching 😊
Bravo to you for creating the most enjoyable travel videos! Your reviews of the many Christmas markets are not only informative, but simply lovely to watch. (Also, the Li'l Sebastian reference made me laugh 🤣)
Thank you so much. That's very kind of you! We love making these videos. We are so glad you enjoy them. Parks and Rec is our favorite so it's a natural reaction for us 😂 Thanks for watching!
what camera you guys are using? so nice and clear. and is it possible to know which month and day is this? wanted to come there end of dec. idk if its snowy as this for my daughter.
We use a Sony a7! We absolutely love it. and we were in Riga on the weekend of December 8th last year! Seemed like there was plenty of snow before we got there too. It’s an awesome city and one of the most charming markets we’ve ever been to! Hope yall enjoy when you go!
@@AndrewandKait thanks for a quick reply. a lot of a7 pops up when i tried to search. was asking because im planning to buy a new cam to vlog. i usually just use go pro. thinking to switch to something more nicer. anyways, so it means there should be more than enough snow for my little one to enjoy then since we will be there by the end of dec. thank you for this. booking a hotel now. new subsciber here too. have a lovely christmas this year!
Yep i agree Latvia seems to be the winning christmas market this year so far! Looked so inviting and fun 🤩

Riga, the name of the capital is less popular in my opinion. I just found out the name of the capital of Latvia is called Riga.
Thanks for watching!🎄
The less tourists the better though. Ask people in small greek islands if they like tourists. Of course not.
