Nate saying Paige's belly button is deeper then a Robert Frost poem is probably his best roast joke ever...but I think neither of them won, us roast battle fans won. And I think I've said that about at least 3 of Paige's battles
Everybody did a great job. Top 3 battles were so good on both sides. I live in Austin, TX and work in the industry so I’m just dying to actually see Heather Keith from the Netflix special. Shalaka vs Heather vs Paige vs Nate is my dream battle. I could name drop so many other amazing battlers…the list goes on.
Best overall week so far this year. You can easily switch #1 and #2. Scotland has an (maybe unfair?) advantage with how many jokes they are allowed to perform but when you look at percentages overall they're neck and neck with LA. I would've put Manchester at 7 behind Austin and Cleveland, but good rankings. I do wish y'all would say who wins the battle after each one. I appreciate you guys for bringing this content to the world. Moving to Denver in a few months and can't wait to go see some live shows. Don't listen to these people telling y'all not to talk as much and just show the battles. Or the ones saying to bring on people that are "more" famous to help you. F all that noise.

The #1 battle was not even in the top 5. The number 2 battle was easily in the top 3 of the SEASON. I'm convinced that the judging committee picks battle rankings at random, because the best battles are usually not even in the top three. It's so bipolar. The Tokyo battle was so one-sided that Jay made Shalaka look like a novice, not sure how that was hyped as even being close.
There’s a comment right under yours saying #2 wasn’t funny and #3 was better. Ranking is subjective - that said, I agree about Scotland being one of the best this season and it was an easy #1 for me this week.

Shalaka's gotta be my absolute favorite in the league. She (oddly) didn't bring her totally normal A-game tonight, and Jay is the fucking man, what hilarious natural charisma that dude has, and that was I think his best ever, just solid multilayered hit after hit, clever as fuck, especially tonight... and the prop comedy was just gold, lmfao 😂. But more than all that - those two have near-perfect stage chemistry, the jokes were almost just an exhibition after that, they could riff on anything with their complementary sense of humor/personalities... Which is why I don't even care that Shalaka (apparently 😅) had the rare off writing night, thought I'd prob never see it, but now that I have, I don't even give a fuck, lol.

Does anyone, that watches these consistently, like Pat Barker, or am I the only one that finds him to be absolutely useless when it comes to the comedy sides of things? I see him as more of a liability to the production. He's not funny, he promotes bad comedians, and he allows bad comedians to persist like Los Digits, and his commentary isn't needed. I just skip over when he speaks.

The last place Cleveland battle was so much better than 4th place NY battle. They should have been swapped.

@Roast Battle yo Brian- I noticed something. Every time I see RB come up on my feed, there's like no views. That's BS imo because y'all put on a quality program. You deserve more views frfr. Why not bring in a more famous person temporarily to get traction, whether on the panel, or occasional hosting (yes I know you get all stars on the show all the time) til you're pulling numbers like you want, then back them off and bring the original people back. I'm not saying anything is wrong. But if you were to draw a digital audience from someone else's pool, you'd grow faster, which is what everyone wants. People that come here will stick here for sure. Just gotta get more eyes. Highlight the guest stars more or something. They are on YOUR show, ya know? Y'all deserve way more views. ~Fan for life
