Recipe and necessary ingredients: 👇👇
400 ml of water
1 tsp of salt
700 grams of soft flour + for mixing
1 egg
100 grams of butter
To fill:
500 grams of cheese
1 egg
Salt as needed
Coating:
1 egg yolk
Sesame as needed
Oven temperature 👇👇
Half an hour before, heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
