Hi Raj, your videos are always so informative. You should also make a specific video on "As a student, how to convince professors for research collaboration"

What about if you don't know what actual work the person your contacting has done? For example they have a particular job title and you feel they would be good to reach out to, but their job doesn't publish papers or stuff like that. So you can't really quote something they done. Thanks.

Hi Ilas, great question! In this case, I wonder if you know which team or division your potential contact might be part of? I'm thinking it's a lot easier to get information on what a team/division has done, and then you can make the connection to your contact that way. Would that work for you? Cheers, Raj

Hi. Thank you for the video, very helpful. I am a UCL Masters Student but I can´t find the option of "directory" in UCL´s LinkedIn. Where could I get some feedback to be able to use this tool? Thank you.

Welcome to the channel, Maria, and thanks for the question! You can access the UCL LinkedIn alumni here: www.linkedin.com/school/university-college-london/people/
Separately, the 'directory' option relates to UCL's own alumni website that can be found here: uclalumnicommunity.org/ after you register, and log in, you'll see the 'directory' option on the left hand side of the page.
I hope that helps.... there are essentially two separate resources for finding and contacting UCL alumni :-) Let me know if you have any further questions, and it'd be my pleasure to help. Raj
