100-person meals were a business I used to do, now because of the epidemic, I cook at home for 8 to 10 people just enough for my family, it's like a taste test and you want it to be interpreted. understood

cow fat, not sheep fat This animal fat is kept by aeration and it is chopped when the temperature of the animal fat is gone. this way it is in granular form

You can use beef, of course, adjust the fat content well, make it a little oily and adjust the consistency to be soft like in the video
