Nikanj hi sat Sri akal sir ji...I want to check with you, I have a a house single storey and I want to build my 1st floor on top but I want to built it as duplex house. Is this option available? As I want to take stairs from ground level (from inside) to my top floor. Is it possible to cut a portion of lanter or roof of ground floor terrace to bring the stairs to 1st floor? Kindly advise.
Yes sir it can be done. Will have to take help of structural engineer. But easily ho sakta hai.
