Oh wow, I never knew there was a Golgo 13 game. I loved The Professional, I played the old NES games. Never heard of an arcade version. Granted, it doesn't look like much of a game, but it would still make a cool addition to my MAME collection.
Golgo 13: Juusei no Requiem (Gunshot Requiem) is a arcade fixed-gun shooter game developed by Eighting and published by Namco in 2001 for Namco System 10. It's the third and last game in the series of dedicated to the legendary assassin Duke Togo. The game is similar to the Silent Scope series, but with simpler software engine, a minigame-based action instead of continuous, and somewhat heavier sniper gun. Levels in these games are based on stories from the original manga, and each level has an opening cinematic showing the lead-up to the actual shot you need to make, using panels from the manga.
I've been finding this version for a long time. The only first two I've played on Mame starts with different missions. The one you're playing right now is where I actually played with an arcade cabinet.

Unlike this game’s version, the super soldier is much faster, especially during the final shot sequence Took me 10 credits to beat it for the first time today, and I shot his head when it just went behind the edge of the screen I somehow shot him, when he left the screen Shot of a lifetime if I ever seen one
One question...has Golgo ever faced a TRULY worthy opponent? That super soldier guy from the midway point here seems like the closest. And, WHO taught Golgo 13 his skills? I'd like to see Golgo go up against his own version of Henri Ducard!
Golgo will cheat to win if he has to. I just started the anime series. It's not very good so far. But some parts make me laugh, like when he faced a guy with equal quickdraw skill. Golgo waited till the guy was pulling a woman out of the car then appeared out of the blue. The guy's arm was fully extended and his hand was gripping the woman's arm. Sayonara. So if Golgo meets an equal, he will shamelessly cheat, haha! So Asian.

this game gives me like 60-70% speed on my PC. anything i can do except upgrading computer to speed it up? or its thats demanding
