I make biryani once a month. I preferred Kachchi Ki Ghost Biryani. Last month I have used chicken and earlier today I made with leg of lamb. It is tasty and I cooked it in the oven 315F for 1 hr and 15 minutes. Plus I do enjoy your cooking videos despite not fluent in hindi and urdu.
