COMMERCIAL BUSH PEPPER CULTIVATION.....IS IT POSSIBLE?

Grow Black pepper like Shrub.
We all know that Black pepper will be grown on the support of any pole. After planting it will grow horizontally upon the pole and then sprout the branches and start flowering. It is the universal method of pepper growing all over the world. In this method, pepper vines will grow whatever the support provides the space. After planting it will start yield only after 2 years and it will increase year by year. Harvesting and maintenance of vines are highly laborious. Day-by-day shortages of skilled laborers are increasing. Many growers getting losses because of hardship in timely harvesting. For this problem, the only solution is growing black pepper in shrub type. Here harvesting and maintenance both are easy. Its specialty is a year around yield. Here we can get quality products also.
Pepper propagation:
Pepper will be propagated by three methods. One is by runner shoots. Runner shoots means the shoots growing on the ground surface. It is the oldest method. Maximum farmers do this type of propagation.
The second one is growing through shoot propagation. When we plant runner shoots they will sprout horizontal growing shoots. It was called orthotropics. By this method of propagation yield will start by one-year completion. It will flower from the bottom level and the yield is comparatively more than runner shoot propagation. Now many growers opt for this type of propagation. In other pepper-growing countries like Vietnam and Cambodia farmers will follow this type of propagation.
The third method of propagation is branch shoot propagation. The growing nature of this flowering branch is different from the two others. It will not climb up. It will grow on the surface position and height like a bush. So it is called bush pepper. In this plant, anyone can harvest the spike without any hardship. We can plant it on open ground and also any containers like pots and any pot-like vessels. It will start yielding after emerging a new leaf. The plant will grow up to a meter in width and height up to 2 feet. Interplanting in any shading plants is possible.
