I dated a man from Mexico for 5 years using google translate - we both learned the basics in each other's language tho. I love Latino men! I find it more challenging to date in Mexico when I'm there due to my age. Most men my age are married. I think because family is so strong within the culture there might be less of a divorce rate than the US.

Hi Karen! I think it is an excellent idea to date or marry someone from another culture because it helps to build bridges. Dating or marrying a person from another culture is an enriching and valuable experience because it broadens perspectives, facilitates cultural exchange, provides global perspective, and exposes people to new experiences.
I have lived in Arizona and LA most of my life, so I have dated quite a few ladies who were born and raised in Mexico. They are good partners, and all of the Mexican ladies were honest and low maintenance. I have quite a few friends with Mexican wives or husbands, and they have good marriages, although I ended up marrying a woman from another foreign country.
I would really love to date a Mexican woman. But, in the section from 5:10 to 6:16, none of the Mexicans you asked said anything positive about people like me from the United States. In fact, one person even said "Canada or the United Kingdom, but NOT the United States." Why don't Mexican people want to date someone from the U.S.? If I had a Mexican girlfriend, I would treat her with kindness and much respect.
They have the idea that Americans are racist due to the whole Trump era and his comments on the wall/border and immigrants. They are hard on us Americans who are of Mexican background as well… it’s just the U.S. has a bad reputation (probably in lots of other countries as well) and we all take the hit for whatever happens politically.

here in the US some mexians are ashamed of them being mexians. they don't want to speak spanish or show their mexican culture.

Maybe some but not all people think that way. Some humans of lighter complexion find some humans of darker complexion attractive. Have a little faith in humanity. Not everyone is bad.

@@ogsirelean4448 Yes bigotry and colorist do exist. Though it is a highway where anyone can discriminated against. In the USA the media and government openly express Christophobia and Anti-Whiteism among other forms of hate. All of it is bad.
Those in Mexico of Indigenous roots and darker complexion should be proud of who they are and free from being chastised.
For example in my opinion LA Karencita has a very nice tan complexion.
When I go back to my country of Mexico I will be looking for a wife there! I plan to take her on a tour of the rancho on a donkey! 😅
When your a foreigner dating a Mexican getting pesos from you is a priority even an expected. You didn’t talk to gringos. That’s completely different. Clone yourself. I like Mexican native women. More friendly to us foreigners. Less hate is good.
