I have 2 questions.
1. Alex Kinston doesn't wear a fringe over her forehead (if she has a fringe at all). She kind of has the hair on top of her head but not in a way that creates too much volume on top. To get that look do you think she has a fringe section cut like you did in this video and has just styled it so it doesn't fall over her forehead? Or perhaps she does not have a separate fringe at all? If no fringe, to get her look would you not do the little fringe ponytail and pull the hair in that area into the rest of the ponytail on top of the head for cutting?
2. For curlies with low density hair (especially when it's fine) I've heard layering just on top is best/can work well to prevent see-through straggly lengths. So, for a cut similar to this would you perhaps just do the one ponytail of the hair on top above the parietal ridge and just trim the hair below that as normal, not elevating to layer, and thus thin it out, too much?
