Biking Birder VI - BIRD AS WE GO - song, November 2022

My name is Gary Prescott. I am known as The Biking Birder.
This year I am cycling around the UK mainland on a BIGBY, a Big Green Big Year. A BIGBY is where a birder tries to see as many bird species as possible without using any fossil-fuelled transport.
To keep my spirits up as we come towards the end of what has been a hard year, I enjoy changing the words of favourite songs. Here is Gracie Fields most famous song from 1934 with the following lyrics :
Hee-hee, come on lads and lassies
The bird's are here again

Tick as we go and let the birds fly by

Try singing it yourself and see if you can reach the high note at the end! This video is of a rehearsal. There will be another more complete version, together with Gracie and entourage singing later.
