I’ve been hesitant to assemble my chair because I didn’t know how complicated it would be but it looks relatively easy. I’m super excited now! It better take me 3 mins and 28 seconds to install 😂
I tried following these steps and the chair seat does not raise or lower using the appropriate lever. No amount of downward pressure seems to lock it into place

In the box I received an optional lumbar cover plate. Where does that get installed? It’s never mentioned in the instructions.
