First of all i completely agree with Mr Grant about the doorknobs - SO tacky! i was born the same year as Jennifer & i’ve always been tickled ab that for some reason? Anyway. Author Scott gave the best explanation i’ve ever heard describing the reason(s) for Cary’s very unusual accent! Seriously i had always been curious & his explanation makes perfect sense. i was actually searching for the movie & landed here but now i’m grateful - much appreciated!

I'm reading his book on Grant now. Definitely worth reading. Scott Eyman is an excellent biographer.
