  • After four long months since tearing my quad, I finally got my first dunk on 10ft again. In this video I’ll take you through my warm up and progression to my first dunk.     Aye i remember when you first dunked on 10’, and it didn’t take long after that for you to be throwing down crazy dunks. Same thing gonna happen again 🔥 muscle memory boutta kick in

    Hey Dom Gonzales, from this video and from you other videos of your training and lifting weights... to me it seems like you don't seem confident with this rehab.. listen to that. Yes it's great you jump high... but what's the point if you will just get injured again. I recommend you try a more holistic approach. Look for the truth, God has given you a wonderful body to signal and guild you on your fitness journey. Don't just pray and hope this method of weight training is going to solve your issues.
    Get to the root cause and learn the lessons to why you are injured... maybe it's because of weightliftings, maybe because you don't have optimal fascia.
    If what I am writing resonates a little with you, do your own research on Hyperarch Fascia training and Fuctional Patterns. If you read this, I hope you seek out the truth and listen to your body. I wish you the best.
