Mark, your videos are quite remarkable. I have noticed how much your content and your dialogue with your viewers sets you apart from many other UA-camrs. You don't address your viewers as "Boys" or "Peeps" and such. Also how you include the welcoming part of the video of welcoming all viewers of our Texas coast With great video and camera shots of our wildlife. Your content is of your own that makes it real not where others try to make it like someone else's. And the list goes on and on. I have put a lot of false attention to your videos compared to others in the past several years. Again yours stands apart and is unique, That makes it enjoyable and looking forward to the next one. Outstanding work out there Mark. I really appreciate the way you stuck with that second Red in the grassline and landed it with the Shrimp. Nice!
Sometimes I try to force a lure based on past experience until I realize they’re dialed onto a certain bait. This red only wanted shrimp from the grass.
Today (Saturday), my phone shows me it's going to be 89 degrees but when I look on the side of that 89 it says what it really feels is 107 degrees, hell no I'll wait till winter before I take out my boat. I'll just admire these great videos that you pump out and make me more envious when winter comes rolling around.

I did the "tour de braids" a while ago. I tried everything from the Australian stuff to all of Nicks fancy Verivas stuff (breaks too easily), Goosen, Sunline Asagi, PP, Suffix832 and 131 ($$$), fins, kastking, Amazon stuff, everything from 4 strand to 13 strand.
Ive settled on suffix 832 and Tight lines braid. Tight lines stays colorful, doesnt bleed, remain round, and doesnt break. Its a little thicker than 832 and harder to pick up. 832 is just really good at everything and regularly available.
Got some feedback on the new rod. Using stainless 316 Sea Guide and 30 ton carbon blanks.

Suffix 832 braid is my go to it’s on all my combos from 10lb to 50lb on my jetty rod great casting distance comes smooth off the reel

Mark, try Suffix 832 in 20#! I love the camo color, but it really doesn't matter on color. Hands down the best casting and performing braid on the market for baitcasting with small lures. I know many guides who use it on their lews custom lites, shimano aldebarans, lews pro sp reels, etc.

I think da idea is : u kan utilize thinner braid w more strands ( Ex : 15 # w 8strands = 20# braid w 4 strands ) & l also believe dey have 12 Strand braid which would Dwn Size Ur Diameter Even More ,,,, and 😊

I always tie directly to the main line.
