The vibe I get from this one is definitely Spanish/Latin American, especially since "el mariachi" is a Mexican traditional music. The clothing is also very reminiscent of Mexican styles. The music video takes place in what appears to be a cantina and a Mexican villa. Add in the warm tones, the summer rain - I can almost feel like I was in Mexico, watching a sunset. But this song speaks of their travels all over the world, as they list out all sorts of places - Tokyo, Paris, Italy, Brazil. I dunno if you guys noticed it, but it was Suga dancing with J-Hope when they did the splits. The vibe I get from this one is definitely Spanish/Latin American, especially since "el mariachi" is a Mexican traditional music. The clothing is also very reminiscent of Mexican styles. The music video takes place in what appears to be a cantina and a Mexican villa. Add in the warm tones, the summer rain - I can almost feel like I was in Mexico, watching a sunset. But this song speaks of their travels all over the world, as they list out all sorts of places - Tokyo, Paris, Italy, Brazil. I dunno if you guys noticed it, but it was Suga dancing with J-Hope when they did the splits. I don't have a bias, but that part always makes me so proud of Yoongi - it's easy to forget he used to b-boy and does have some moves still left in him. ^^
